Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ch99 ("ch99", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the ch99 website, mobile platform, and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer tables, and any promotional offers made available through the ch99 platform. Where ch99 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to retain any bonus-funded balance. 1.3 KYC Verification
ch99 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. KYC is a one-time process completed upon registration or when a withdrawal request is first submitted. Required documents typically include a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (national identity card or passport) and proof of the mobile number used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction. ch99 treats all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
2. Deposits and Withdrawals
ch99 processes all financial transactions exclusively via approved Bangladeshi mobile financial services. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. ch99 does not accept or process transactions involving third-party accounts — the name on the payment account must match the name registered on the ch99 account. - ch99 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests at any time. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, ch99 may freeze funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.
3. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on ch99 are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including the wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps associated with bonus funds. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before opting in. ch99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who make their first deposit are eligible for the ch99 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 (100% first deposit match). The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. 3.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraudulent Claims
ch99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, ch99 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account in question.
3.3 Promotional Calendar
ch99 runs seasonal and event-based promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. Each seasonal promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time the promotion is launched. Seasonal promotions are time-limited and cannot be claimed retroactively.
4. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
ch99 is committed to responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the deposit limit, session time limit, and self-exclusion tools available in their account settings. ch99 strictly prohibits the following conduct, which may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets without human input
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform's game logic or payment systems
- Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or tournaments to manipulate outcomes or divide winnings unfairly
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any customer support interaction

5. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
5.1 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of ch99 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Platform Availability
ch99 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond ch99's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party system outages. ch99 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of platform unavailability.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ch99's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ch99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
6. Amendments and Governing Law
ch99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player does not agree to amended Terms, they should cease using the platform and contact support to close their account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ch99's internal complaints procedure may be referred to an appropriate independent dispute resolution body.
